Sawtooth Winery produces several Vinifera wine varietals, including Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah  Our portfolio of wines are continually recognized for their high quality and exceptional taste. Bill Murray carefully guides each variety of fruit to bring out the intricate characteristics of the wines. Most of the wines are fermented and aged in small French oak until it is time for blending. Sawtooth Winery believes there is no compromising the winemaking process and will take every measure to ensure every bottle is of the highest quality.
