Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe pineapple, green apple with a hint of lingering
toasty oak. Rich fruit characters carry through the mouth,
with a long finish.

Fermentation:
Barrell fermented and aged in small oak cooperage for 6 months
on the lees. An elegant wine with rich flavors. Pairs well
with stronger flavored cheesess or salmon wiht a rich sauce.
