Tasting Notes:
Rich aromatics lead off with ripe pineapple giving way to
vanilla, surlie aging and a hint of oak. Nice crispness
in the front of the mouth followed by a rich, round mid
palate and a long finish.

Fermentation:
This Chardonnay was hand picked and whole cluster pressed
to maintain the delicate fruit of the varietal. We then
barrel fermented and surlie aged the wine for 7 months.
This type of fermentation and aging produces rich, flavorful
Chardonnays.
