Tasting Notes:
Jammy fruit flavors of Black berry and cherry, sweet herbs and a nice shot of sweet oak. Fruit explodes in the mouth leading into a round mid palate, nice tannin and long rich finish.

Fermentation:
The fruit for the Reserve Cabernet is chosen from the
shallowest soil on our estate vineyards. This wine has several Cabernet Sauvignon Clones and a blend of 5 Bordeaux varietals 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petite Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot and 1% Malbec. Blended to be elegant in the mouth with intense aromas, a wine that drinks well know but is going to improve
with age.
