2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Notes: Black berry, fruit leather, spice, licorice and a hint of oak give way to elegant fruit flavors in the mouth with nice tannin structure and a lingering finish. Vineyards: Sawtooth Fermentation: A terrific blend of Bordeaux varietals grown on the south facing slopes on our estate vineyard.
