Tasting Notes:
Red fruit aromas, predominately raspberry with hints of spice
and bittersweet chocolate. Bright red fruit flavors in the
mouth with supple tannins and a robust finish.

Fermentation:
The fruit for this wine is grown on our estate vineyards in the heart
of the new Snake River Valley in Idaho. On the warm south facing
slopes over looking the Snake River Valley thegrapes were allowed
to ripen for optimum flavors and maturity then harvested, fermented
and aged in small oak cooperage for 17 months. |
