2003 Syrah Tasting Notes: Rich aromas of black fruits, meat, spice and a hint of leather. The mouth feel is elegant in the front with rich fruit flavors giving way to full, round tannins and a long, lingering finish. Vineyards: Sawtooth & Skyline Fermentation: A Rhone blend, with Syrah being the featured varietal, but showing hints of the characteristics of the other varietals.
