Tasting Notes:
Rich aromas of blackberry pie, black cherry, nutmeg, and spice.
Mouth filling blackberry fruit flavors, soft front fruit
but intensifies through the finish with velvety lingering
tannins.

Fermentation:
These grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and crushed to red fermentors,
cold soaked for 48 hours, then fermentation was started. The grapes
were then pressed when ideal flavor and tannin levels were achieved.
This wine was barrel aged 18 months before blending and bottling. |
