| 2003 Riesling (750ml) |
 |
Tasting Notes:
Riesling, one of the four "nobel grapes," makes especially good wines in Idaho with our combination of long, cool nights, warm days and volcanic soils.
Vineyards:
Sawtooth |
|
Fermentation:
This wine was whole cluster pressed, then fermented cool to preserve the fruit characteristics. Fermentation was stopped with slight residual sugar making a wine that has intense fruit and a nice balance of acidity. |
