2003 Riesling (750ml) Tasting Notes: Riesling, one of the four "nobel grapes," makes especially good wines in Idaho with our combination of long, cool nights, warm days and volcanic soils. Vineyards: Sawtooth Fermentation: This wine was whole cluster pressed, then fermented cool to preserve the fruit characteristics.
