1999 Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Notes: This wine has intense aromas of spices, black berry, and cedar. The mouth feel is accentuated by a concentration of black fruit flavors, velvety tannins, and a long finish. Vineyards: Sawtooth & Skyline Fermentation: The grapes were picked later in the season to obtain maximum flavors, then estemmed into red frementors.
