Tasting Notes:
This wine has intense aromas of spices, black berry, and cedar.
The mouth feel is accentuated by a concentration of black fruit
flavors, velvety tannins, and a long finish.

Fermentation:
The grapes were picked later in the season to obtain maximum flavors,
then estemmed into red frementors. They cold soak for 24 hours and
yeast is added, then 2-3 weeks of skin contact before being pressed
to small oak barrels for 18 months of aging. |
