1998 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The Bellingham Herald January 2, 2001
This 1998 Cabernet is a wine with considerable depth and complexity that makes wine tasting fun. The wine was aged in oak for 16 months and starts with flavors of berry and currant. The finish is long and distinctively paced with lots of licorice. Try it with roast beef or a pork tender loin

89 Points Epicurean (March/April 2001)
"Totally seductive. Lush blackberry, mint, cocoa, pleasantly sour and herbal on the palate, moderate tannin and a warm finish."

Inside Wine Magazine - Spring 2001
Aromas of blackberries, spice and licorice, hint of oak. Rich, full mouth, integrated fruit, oak and tannins, long finish.

2001 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Wine Press Northwest - Winter 2004-2005
Outstanding! - Here's a gorgeous wine that gets even better when you look at the price. Brad Pintler has crafted a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of rich oak, black currants, sarsaparilla and blackberries and flavors of brambleberries, black cherries and black currants.

2002 PINOT GRIS
Wine Press Northwest - Winter 2004-2005
This fresh, delicious Pinot Gris is loaded with aromas and flavors of pineapples, fresh apples, pears and tangerines. Enjoy with crabcakes or halibut.

2002 GEWURZTRAMINER ICE WINE
Wine Press Northwest - Winter 2004-2005
This rare ice wine from Idaho is as intriguing as it is delicious. It provides aromas of apricots, honey, mincemeat pie and even a faint petrol note, followed by bold, sweet flavors of poached apples and pineapples with a rich mouth feel and pretty nice acidity.

2003 RIESLING
Wine Press Northwest - Winter 2004-2005
Outstanding! - Idaho's Snake River Valley has long hung its hat on crisp white wines. It's refreshing to see that even with its recent success with red wines it still retains an eye on Riesling, which can find true greatness in the high desert of Southern Idaho. This beautifully structured wine crafted by Brad Pintler explodes with aromas of orange oil, minerals, peaches and even applesauce with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Its flavors are crisp and bold with sweet apples and tropical fruit highlighting the palate.

1999 MERLOT
Wine Press Northwest-Fall 2001 Outstanding
Winemaker Brad Pintler has crafted a delicious Merlot from Idaho State Snake River Valley. Cedar and vanilla aromas lead off this red wine that is filled with bright, flavorful cherry flavors. An incredibly rich and long finish.

1998 CHARDONNAY
Inside Wine Magazine - Spring 2001
Barrel Fermented and Sur-Lie aged this Chardonnay has aromas of ripe tropical fruit and a hint of oak. Crisp acidity in the mouth gives way to intense fruit flavor and a long finish. Enjoy with Salmon topped with a rich white sauce and strong flavored cheeses.

Wine Press Northwest-Fall 2001
Another winner from Idaho's Snake River Valley. This classic Chardonnay will please the palate with toasty oak, lemon, dried pineapple, and a smattering of green olive. Buttery and soft, this will match nicely with oysters, salmon, or herbed chicken.
2002 CHARDONNAY
Wine Press Northwest-Spring 2004
This tasty Chardonnay from one of Idaho's top producers shows off more oak than fruit with aromas of smoky toast, dried pineapple and sweet corn and flavors of butter and citrus fruits. Creamy through the midpalate, this wine also shows off impressive acidity that gives it food-friendly balance.
